Stretch Out Those Muscles

This winter season, the weather has been cold, bitter and dry. This type of weather wreaks havoc on your body. Your joints and muscles ache and you begin to fall ever so slightly out of shape. However, Verve has the perfect solution to relieve your aches and pains and get you back on track for the ever nearing bikini season.

A new Pilates class has started over at Verve! This class is specifically for those who are new to Pilates. In this class, Roxanne Banks-Williams will teach you all of the basic and fundamental elements of Pilates. These elements will help you to pick up on more advanced techniques, as well as help create a deeper and better understanding of your body.

During your work out, you will stretch out your muscles and work on your body’s flexibility. With an understanding of the basic movements and an understanding of your own body, you will be able to receive the best possible results after your workout.
