Ingredient allergies and sensitivities are a hot topic these days, and we’re taking the precaution to keep the Bumble and bumble.Salon Network and the Bb.Sales Team knowledgeable.

Sulfites are ingredients that a small number of people may have an allergy or sensitivity to. Concen-straight Pro Smoothing Treatment and Concen-straight (at home) Smoothing Treatment formulas contain sulfites. During consultation, Stylists should advise Clients that the Concen-straight Pro Smoothing Treatment contains sulfites and some people may have an allergy or sensitivity to sulfites and should consults a physician prior to use. The Stylist should then ask the Client if she wishes to proceed with the Straight Service. Stylists should also not use the product on damaged or broken skin.

The Concen-straight (at home) Smoothing Treatment includes a statement on the label that it contains sulfites and people with allergies or sensitivities to sulfites should contact their physician before using.

Straight Shampoo, Conditioner and Blow Dry do not contain sulfites and are excellent smoothing alternatives for those who do not wish to use the treatments.

Every Bumble and bumble.Product goes through extensive and rigorous safety testing before it touches our Stylists’ or Clients’ hands. Sulfites can, however, in rare cases, affect those with allergy or sensitivity and it is our responsibility (and yours) to keep ourselves and our customers educated.
