What can you do everyday to have amazing skin at every age? 6 skincare tips you NEED TO KNOW! 

1. Hydration

Drinking water is key to healthy skin and also is important to internal health which shines through in your skin complexion. The brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%. An adult male needs about 3 liters (3.2 quarts) per day while an adult female needs about 2.2 liters (2.3 quarts) per day. So drink your WATER!

2. Skincare Product Choices

As mentioned above skincare ingredients are so so so important for effectiveness, match your values and beliefs and aren't destroying your top layer of skin. If your interested in researching your skincare ingredients check this site out.

3. Food intake

Few peoples favorite however the old adage "You are what you eat" couldn't be more true. 4. Over doing the products

Using too many products or mixing product lines can have a harsh effect on your skin. It can cause acne, dryness, redness, oily skin or clogged pores. Stay simple and consult with your skincare professional. Guessing or mixing lines isn't good practice when it comes to skincare only fashion..

5. Keep your hands off your face

Let's be real our hands come in contact with way too many things each and everyday. Why would you touch your face EVER? Some things are pretty gross, some things we never talk about.... and some things are other humans and we don't know where they've been, what they've touched or who they've been around and what those people have come in contact with. Let's not even talk about the endless germs on our iphones, door handles, computer mouses and shoes... Ewwww!  I'm getting skeeved out just thinking about it...

6. Clean make-up applicators/brushes

This doesn't come to mind very often until I notice my daughters sharing make-up and applicators or "borrowing" mine. Let's be honest kids are dirty even older kids. My oldest is in nursing imagine what she comes in contact with everyday... My younger one is in 10th grade, no further comments needed on this one. Do you know that you can get an eye infection from sharing mascara or eye make-up?
